Community
Welcome to our meditation practice community, creating a more peaceful world from the inside out.
Our purpose in gathering is pragmatic and nonsectarian — to support one another in practicing meditation and integrating it into our daily lives. Many of us know each other "in real life," but we are spread out around the world. This is our experiment at practicing "virtual sangha."
While we are united in aspiration, we honor the diversity of faith, style and experience that we each bring to this path. We encourage one another to continue onward, each at our own pace, enjoying the journey together.
Ways to Participate
- Join us in trying to meditate at least once per week, in a spirit of supporting the rest of us to do the same. We support your effort, and your effort supports us.
- Follow our conversation on Slack / Discord.
- Sit in on our periodic Zoom meditation sessions.
