This is a series of readings and meditation exercises designed with two types of learners in mind:

  • Beginners wanting an introduction to the fundamental techniques of meditation and help getting motivated.
  • Experienced meditators wanting a "tune up" that reinforces their understanding of the fundamentals and taps into deeper sources of motivation.
