Invitation

We welcome you to participate in our meditation community by joining us in our aspiration to live mindfully and practice peace in our daily lives.

While we are united in aspiration, we honor the diversity of faith, style and experience that we each bring to this path. We simply encourage one another to continue onward, each at our own pace, enjoying the journey together.

 


Ways to Participate

The main way to participate is simply to keep your aspiration alive and keep developing your meditation practice. The importance of that is paramount. Keep in mind that we support your effort and that when you make an effort it supports us.

Other ways to participate:

  • Follow our conversation on Slack. It’s OK to "lurk" until you have something to say.
  • Join us in trying to meditate at least once per week, in a spirit of supporting the rest of us to do the same.
  • Sit in on our periodic Zoom meditation sessions.
